The apartment has tiled floors, a washing machine, and a TV, but the TV in the upper bedroom did not work for one group. The lift in the building is small and only reaches the 7th floor, requiring guests to walk two flights of stairs to the 8th floor, where the handrail is falling off and the hallway light does not work.

Guests report spending most of their time on this terrace, which receives sun for the majority of the day. The sea view from the terrace is described as stunning, with photos not doing it justice. Guests note that the key collection point is a 15-minute walk from the apartment, requiring a hot walk with suitcases in 40-degree heat.
